The "Golden Week" holidays in Japan. It is the week when four of the national holidays happen during the end of April and the beginning May. But I don't have holidays. Comics, Character design, staff meeting...Many work are concentrated in May.

More drawings

New York Comic Con starts in Aplil 18 - 20. I was planning to go there... but regrettably, I can`t go to the convention in USA this year. The cancellation was due to a scheduling problem. I hope to take part in NYCC next year.

Only yesterday It was imported into Japan from USA, so I was able to buy this issue. My worry color problem wasn`t all that terrible. Printing image seemed just the same as original image. I reassured myself about it.

I bought marble lead of a pencil the other day.
Scribbling by using it is fun. It is interesting color expression.

I worked hard for a while.　I had to make cover for new project and pencil work for Power Pack Day One #3.　I make ink work now.　A cloud of SNARKS enter on PPDO #3, so my hand aches.
The work will go on for the time being...

FIRST LOOK: POWER PACK: DAY ONE #1

The latest work of the Power pack was announced. The preview in this issue is here.
However, I was surprised at the colors. Green of with a yeiiow tint seems to overlay to the whole of the picture. I hope the color return when it is printed.

I am always worried about the difference of the shade of a PC and the printed matter...ummmm

Drawing materials is COL-ERACE and lead holder.　

A recent favorite is the lead holder being on the market by Maruzen Art Japan. The lead that 5.8mm and 6B is pleasant to draw very lightly.

Two cats

These are the illustrations drawn for New Year`s Card and the move`s information card . The model is a two cats that I have.

The name of a black cat is Abare-maru. Striped cat is Yomogi-maru.
